A display within a San Francisco mall exhibited seven young girls with prices attached to their bodies. The displays, part of a plan by the Working Group Against Human Trafficking, sought to focus on the issue of person trafficking and to raise awareness of the order a bride difficulty. The advertisements featured the women’s ages, weight, elevation, and other measurements. They also included their countries of labor and birth and male or female. In the process, the women’s reviews and the job of the designers were taken to light.
An set up called “Women for Sale” was created by the Task Power about Human Trafficking in Sweden, as part of a campaign to make consumption of sexual offerings a offense. The assembly was a great interactive installation, which shown real ladies and their rates with all the details they may provide: elevation, weight, and measurements. The goal was to increase awareness of this practice and to collect enough signatures to pressure the ministry to take action.
The women displayed in the unit installation were viewable in the store’s window with price tags and details of all their height, excess weight, and other measurements. The prices of the women were published next with their photos, as well as the price tags included their nation of origin. The assembly aimed to increase awareness regarding the problem of human trafficking and to accumulate enough autographs to make this a crime. In Israel, this has been profitable in lowering the demand just for prostitutes.
